Royal Nicotine AB, company registration number 559544-0057 (”RoyalNicotine”), delivers orders in the United Kingdom through PostNord. On this page you will find information about shipping methods, delivery times, shipping costs and age verification on delivery.

2. Courier

All deliveries from RoyalNicotine are made through PostNord.

PostNord is used to ensure secure delivery, tracking and the correct handling of age-restricted products.

3. Delivery methods

Depending on what PostNord offers for your address, delivery may take place in the following ways:

  • to a collection point
  • to a parcel locker
  • as home delivery
  • The available delivery options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from the time RoyalNicotine has confirmed the order.

Delivery times may be affected by PostNord capacity, bank holidays or other circumstances beyond RoyalNicotine’s control.

5. Shipping costs

The fixed shipping fee per order is £3.10 including VAT.

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.

6. Age and identity verification on delivery

RoyalNicotine products are intended only for adult consumers.

Valid identification is required when the parcel is handed over.

Age and identity verification takes place on delivery regardless of whether the parcel is delivered to a collection point, parcel locker or home address.

If the recipient cannot prove their age or identity, the parcel will not be handed over and will instead be returned to RoyalNicotine.

7. Uncollected consignments

If a consignment is not collected within PostNord’s holding period, the parcel will be returned to RoyalNicotine.

Uncollected consignments may be charged for return shipping and handling.

8. Split deliveries

If your order contains products with different delivery times, RoyalNicotine reserves the right to split the delivery without additional cost to the customer.

9. Transport risk

The risk for the goods passes to the customer when the parcel has been received and signed for.

We recommend checking the delivery as soon as it is received and contacting customer service if anything is wrong.
