Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. General information

Royal Nicotine AB, company registration number 559544-0057 (”RoyalNicotine”), complies with applicable consumer protection law. On this page we describe your rights and the conditions relating to returns, the right of withdrawal and refunds.

2. Right of withdrawal – 14 days

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you must contact RoyalNicotine before the deadline expires and state that you want to withdraw from the purchase.

3. How to withdraw from the purchase

To start a return, do the following:

  • Contact RoyalNicotine by email or phone and state that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
  • You will receive return instructions and a QR code for the return.
  • Then hand in the consignment at a PostNord collection point where the return document is printed on site.
  • If you use RoyalNicotine’s QR code, RoyalNicotine covers the return shipping cost.

4. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
  • The product must be in essentially unchanged condition.
  • The packaging must be unopened and undamaged.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nicotine products cannot be returned.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

The refund is normally processed within 14 days from the time the return has been received or proof of return has been provided.

RoyalNicotine reserves the right to deduct any loss in value if the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

6. Uncollected consignments

If a consignment is not collected and is returned to RoyalNicotine, this is not regarded as exercising the right of withdrawal.

Uncollected consignments may be charged for return shipping and handling.

7. Complaints – faults or damage

If a product is faulty, damaged on delivery or missing from the shipment, please contact RoyalNicotine customer service within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

When making a complaint, you must provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and/or packaging.

A complaint made within two months of discovering the issue is always regarded as having been made in time.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • opened or used nicotine products
  • products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if their seal has been broken
  • These exceptions are based on applicable consumer law.
